I write fantasy. GenX animal-lover with strong leftist tendencies. I'm a pansexual, poly, non-binary woman who is also autistic and deals with disabling anxiety/depression. You can assume heavy input from my physically-disabled trans best friend and roommate Jackie LaRonde.

I create stories with transformation and shapeshifting, friendship and loyalty, and ordinary people doing their best in extraordinary situations. Expect a lot of characters figuring out who they are, what they need, what really matters to them, and where they belong. I dislike grimdark, gore and horror, unexamined cliches, unsatisfying or sad endings, and abuse/lust/infatuation pretending to be love. I've been at this obsessively for most of the past 30+ years, so it should be reasonably decent quality!
